Suburban is pleased to announce that their third generation (3G) of fan control module boards is now available for all Suburban furnaces*. Using state of the art high quality components, programmed with the most current operational features, and utilizing a smaller footprint than previous module board offerings, our 521099 Suburban 3G fan control module board is so robust that it is backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty!

Our new genuine replacement part 3G fan control module board kit is backwards compatible which means it can be installed on any Suburban furnace*. Older Suburban appliances become up-to-date with the most current operational features and a 3-Year Module Board Limited Warranty with our new 3G fan control module board.

*Works on all Suburban 12V furnaces excluding the NT-45S. If the board you are replacing does NOT have fan control, you will need a wiring harness as well, sold separately.
